We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all renovation projects. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen conditions discovered during construction, material price fluctuations, or changes requested by the client. Any modifications to the original scope of work will be documented in a written change order and must be approved by the client before proceeding.
All renovation projects require a signed contract outlining scope, timeline, costs, and payment terms. The contract becomes binding upon signature by both parties. Nest Inspire Homes reserves the right to decline projects that fall outside our service scope or do not meet our safety and quality standards.
Standard payment terms include an initial deposit of 30% upon contract signing, with subsequent payments tied to project milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and client walkthrough. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Project timelines are estimates based on expected conditions and material availability. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to weather, permit processing, material shortages, or unforeseen structural issues. We will communicate any delays promptly and adjust timelines accordingly.
Nest Inspire Homes provides a 10-year structural warranty and a 5-year workmanship guarantee on all renovation projects. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, natural disasters, or modifications by third parties is not covered.
Nest Inspire Homes carries comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are not liable for damage to personal property not included in the renovation scope. Clients are advised to remove valuables from work areas. Our liability is limited to the contract value of the project.
We handle all necessary permits and inspections required for your renovation project. Permit costs are typically included in the project quote. Clients must provide reasonable access to the property for inspectors and our team. Failed inspections due to client-requested changes outside code compliance may incur additional fees.
Clients may cancel a project before work begins with a full refund of the deposit, minus administrative fees of $250. Once construction has started, cancellation terms are outlined in the contract. Nest Inspire Homes reserves the right to terminate agreements for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or breach of contract.
